Inside Sales Specialist

Location: King Of Prussia, Pennsylvania; onsite Monday through Thursday, with a choice of work location on Fridays

Annual base salary: $56,841.66–$80,289.99; exception hourly compensation

What you will do

• Support the service sales process and coordinate closely with Account Managers, service staff, and customers.
• Upload project documentation to Trello and facilitate project transitions from Sales to Service.
• Enter opportunities, equipment, locations, and service agreement renewals in Salesforce CRM.
• Manage credit approval, purchase-order acknowledgement, contract review, equipment ordering, and tax-exempt certificate processes.
• Issue Certificates of Insurance and maintain contract and customer documentation.
• Manage sales leads, linkage processes, commission updates, and related reporting support.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Up to four years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least four years of experience in a Windows environment with advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong communication, organization, multitasking, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Flexibility to work overtime or weekends when required.

• Familiarity with HVAC systems.
