What you will do
- Manage end-to-end internal process-change projects for Global Customer Operations, covering services, support, and business partners.
- Lead business process discovery by interviewing stakeholders, analyzing data and BI reports, and identifying operational challenges.
- Define business requirements and recommend best-practice solutions for process and system improvements.
- Manage operational issues, new business needs, and questions related to post-sales processes and systems.
- Lead broad process rollouts through workshops, user acceptance testing, and training.
- Coordinate multiple initiatives, stakeholders, and deadlines through successful implementation.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in a global multinational software environment.
- Strong understanding of business processes, business analysis, process design, and requirements documentation.
- Experience leading discovery, solution definition, implementation, and organization-wide process changes.
- Hands-on experience with corporate applications such as SFDC and ServiceNow, and close collaboration with IT.
- Experience with matrix management, parallel activities, prioritization, stakeholder negotiation, and coalition building.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, flexible, creative, and effective under tight deadlines.
