Senior Manager FP&A – EUV NXE (Semiconductor)

Location: Veldhoven, Netherlands. The role is based in the Netherlands and may involve occasional travel.

What you will do

• Lead long-term financial planning and annual budgeting for the EUV NXE Business Line.
• Prepare and present monthly financial reviews with accurate, actionable insights.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities and translate them into action plans.
• Support business case development and strategic decision-making.
• Improve financial planning tools, processes, and reporting quality.
• Lead and develop a team of two direct reports while collaborating with business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in business economics or a related field.
• Recognized controller qualification, such as Registered Controller.
• At least 10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or business control.
• Experience leading teams and managing complex financial processes.
• Familiarity with SAP BPC, SAP BW, and BI reporting tools.
• Background in high-tech or complex business environments, with strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
