What you will do

  • Lead the preparation and consolidation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts for EMEA, focusing on sales performance and market trends.
  • Deliver accurate financial reports, monthly business reviews, and sales pipeline analysis to senior management.
  • Monitor sales KPIs, variance analyses, and profitability reports to identify revenue enhancement and cost optimization opportunities.
  • Provide quantitative and qualitative recommendations to support commercial negotiations and new business development.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, systems, and reporting tools.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, operations, supply chain, and marketing to align financial plans.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales finance, forecasting, and scenario modelling.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modelling software.
  • Experience working with ERP and BI tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, fast-paced European environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Commercial acumen and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
