FP&A Manager (Deeptech)

What you will do

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range financial planning.
• Build financial models for strategic decisions, fundraising, and capital allocation.
• Partner with R&D, engineering, operations, and commercial teams to provide financial insight and challenge assumptions.
• Prepare monthly management reports, KPIs, variance analyses, and executive presentations.
• Support cash-flow forecasting, working-capital management, month-end close, technical accounting, and external audits.
• Improve FP&A processes, reporting automation, and business intelligence tools while contributing to M&A, grant funding, licensing, and investment analyses.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 6–10 years of relevant experience, including several years in a Big Four audit firm.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
• CPA, CA, RA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and business partnering skills.

Nice to have

• FP&A, corporate finance, or commercial finance experience in a high-growth technology company.
• Experience in deep technology, such as semiconductors, photonics, quantum technologies, advanced materials, robotics, or AI infrastructure.
• Experience with ERP systems, finance transformation, FP&A, or business intelligence tools such as Anaplan, Adaptive Planning, or Power BI.
