Senior Analyst, People Data and Integrations (AI)

Salary: $140,000–$150,000 annual base compensation

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain integrations between Workday and payroll, benefits, finance, and other enterprise systems.
• Develop data models connecting workforce information with compensation, benefits, labor costs, and organizational metrics.
• Support headcount planning, labor cost forecasting, budget tracking, and workforce capacity analysis with Finance and HR leadership.
• Build datasets, reporting frameworks, and self-service analytics solutions for HR and business stakeholders.
• Identify automation opportunities and support AI-enabled insights, natural-language reporting, and intelligent agents for accessing people data.
• Partner with HR Technology, IT, Finance, vendors, and business leaders to translate requirements into scalable data and integration solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Analytics, HR, Finance, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in HR technology, data, integrations, analytics, or related roles.
• Experience designing and supporting Workday integrations with payroll, benefits, finance, and enterprise systems.
• Strong knowledge of Workday data models across HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Time Tracking, Absence, and Payroll.
• Understanding of data architecture, APIs, middleware, end-to-end data flows, data models, and reporting solutions.
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting or visualization tools such as Power BI, plus strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Anaplan or similar workforce planning and financial modeling tools.
• Experience integrating HR and Finance systems and supporting enterprise data governance.
• Experience using AI solutions or building agent-based tools for business access to data insights.
