Salary: $106,277.25–$135,000.00 annually; bonus and/or commission eligible

What you will do

• Develop and execute the people analytics strategy, including workforce metrics, benchmarks, dashboards, reports, scorecards, and visualizations.
• Analyze hiring, retention, turnover, engagement, promotion, diversity, performance, and organizational health trends.
• Translate complex workforce data into recommendations for HR leaders, executives, and business stakeholders.
• Consult on workforce planning, organizational design, talent strategies, and measurement approaches.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses using Workday, employee surveys, engagement platforms, and other HR systems.
• Lead analytics initiatives, improve reporting processes, and provide strategic direction to a Senior Analyst, People Analytics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in People Analytics, HR Reporting, Workforce Analytics, HRIS, or a related analytical function.
• Experience with HR systems such as Workday and employee survey platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, data visualization, communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience creating dashboards and reporting solutions for executive and business audiences.
• Proficiency in Excel and workforce reporting tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence platforms.
• Experience with organizational design, workforce planning, predictive analytics, and statistical analysis.
• Advanced knowledge of HR metrics, talent analytics, and organizational effectiveness measures.
• Executive-level reporting experience or a master’s degree in a related field.
