TL;DR
Senior Business Intelligence Developer (SQL/Power BI/Fabric): Building and maintaining accurate, functional, and high-performance dashboards and analytical outputs for a U.S. radiology practice with an accent on data integrity, stakeholder reporting, and operational performance. Focus on cleaning and analyzing data, coordinating with data warehouse and IT teams, explaining variances, and applying AI tools such as Copilot and Claude.
Location: Remote
Salary: $105,000–$130,000 per year, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do
- Use SQL to pull, clean, filter, and analyze data.
- Develop and maintain Power BI and Fabric dashboards with a focus on accuracy, functionality, and performance.
- Review existing dashboards and identify opportunities for enhancement.
- Coordinate with data warehouse, IT, Operations, Finance, and Revenue Cycle teams to maintain data integrity and resolve issues.
- Analyze results against expectations, explain variances, and adapt solutions based on emerging insights.
- Produce ad hoc analyses and communicate insights to stakeholders to support operational and strategic objectives.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in business intelligence or a related field.
- Expert-level skills in SQL, Fabric, and Power BI.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or related field preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across Operations, Finance, IT, and Revenue Cycle teams in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
- Proficiency with current AI tools and technologies, including Copilot and Claude.
