What you will do

• Pull, clean, and filter data using SQL for deep analysis.
• Develop and maintain Power BI/Fabric dashboards focusing on accuracy, functionality, and performance.
• Coordinate with IT and data warehouse teams to maintain data integrity and solve emerging issues.
• Generate ad hoc analyses and communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
• Analyze results against expectations to identify, explain, and adapt solutions for variances.
• Participate in strategic initiatives to drive operational performance.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in BI or a related quantitative field.
• Expert-level proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Fabric, and Power BI.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (E-Verify).
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or related area.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for fast-paced environments.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, radiology, revenue cycle, or medical billing.
• Experience within large enterprises or consulting.
• Proficiency in latest AI tools such as CoPilot and Claude.
