Senior Product Designer

Location: Lund, Sweden, with office-based work and flexible remote options. Weekly design-team meetings are held in the office, with expected travel 3–4 times a year to other offices and off-sites. Applicants must have the right to work in Sweden.

hirify.global operates a multi-brand digital auction platform for B2B used goods, with Klaravik running digital auctions in Sweden.

What you will do

• Own complex product-design problems end to end, from research and framing through implementation and shipped design.
• Design internal systems and operational tools that support auction operations across multiple brands and teams.
• Maintain holistic user journeys across products and identify overlaps, inconsistencies, and broken flows.
• Grow and maintain a scalable design system with reusable patterns and components.
• Align stakeholders within Product & Tech by communicating scope, trade-offs, and delivery expectations.
• Advocate for users through research, behavioral data, feedback, and constructive design critique.

Requirements

• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of complex design problems across multiple teams or product areas.
• Experience designing complex internal or operational tools where user flows are central.
• Ability to explain design decisions clearly to non-designers and communicate scope and trade-offs directly.
• Experience giving and receiving feedback, improving work through critique and collaboration.
• Practical use of user research and data to support design decisions and user goals.
• Professional working proficiency in English and the right to work in Sweden.

Nice to have

• Marketplace, e-commerce, or auction-domain knowledge.
• Design-system experience, including using AI to scale component and pattern development.
• UX writing or experience working with multilingual content and translation keys.
• Experience mentoring or coaching other designers.
• Swedish, German, or Dutch alongside English.
