Senior Service Designer (Automotive)

What you will do

• Lead stakeholder and user research across multiple domains and business units.
• Develop and maintain end-to-end service blueprints, service ecosystem maps, personas, and user journeys.
• Identify gaps, overlaps, and inefficiencies in service structures and operating models.
• Synthesize research into service opportunities, design directions, requirements, and design principles.
• Facilitate alignment workshops with product managers, architects, business analysts, engineers, and operational stakeholders.
• Support prioritization and continuous improvement based on user needs, business value, and feasibility.

Requirements

• Extensive service design experience in complex, large-scale organizations.
• Strong expertise in service blueprinting, journey mapping, and ecosystem design.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions.
• Deep understanding of service delivery across people, process, and technology layers.
• Experience working with product teams, engineering, and business stakeholders.
• Strong synthesis, facilitation, communication, and storytelling skills, with the ability to work strategically and hands-on.

Nice to have

• Experience in digital product or platform environments.
