Senior Product Designer (AI)

Location: Stockholm, Sweden; hybrid Flex Work with at least 50% of each quarter spent in the office or in the field

Base salary: SEK 756,000–1,133,000 per year, with potential bonus, commission or annual stock grants.

What you will do

• Contribute to the overall design vision for AI-native products and experiences.
• Design and ship high-quality products and features for more than 75 million users, from early prototypes through production.
• Balance short-term product bets with long-term product strategy.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to address technical constraints such as non-determinism and latency.
• Contribute to the design system and scale design quality across a community of more than 200 contributors.
• Influence senior leaders and stakeholders through clear storytelling about the future of AI-native work.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer.
• Proven experience executing complex design projects.
• Experience contributing to large-scale products or owning smaller products end to end.
• A portfolio demonstrating a high bar for design quality and craft.
• Ability to think through complex problems and turn them into effective user experiences.
• Availability to work from the Stockholm office under the hybrid Flex Work model.
