Product Designer (SaaS)

Location: Gothenburg, Sweden; hybrid work with office and home-office days.

hirify.global Group develops digital sports booking and management products, including the MATCHi racket sports booking platform.

What you will do

• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to solve complex problems for sports providers and enthusiasts.
• Conduct user and competitor research to identify opportunities for impactful design solutions.
• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, surveys, prototypes, and usability tests.
• Design user-centered solutions and services for software products.
• Improve and maintain design systems to ensure consistency and quality.
• Contribute to continuous product improvement and collaboration in weekly development meetings and one-on-one sessions.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating design skills, product thinking, and prototyping.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain design decisions and the problems they solve.
• Fluent written and spoken English required.
• Familiarity with Amplitude or Google Analytics and proficiency with Figma.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams of product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience designing SaaS solutions or manager tools.
• Swedish language skills.
• Experience with AI tools such as Claude or Figma Make.
