Design Director (Product Design)

What you will do

• Develop and transform design practices to strengthen user-centricity, brand position, efficiency, and business outcomes.
• Champion the end-to-end user perspective from discovery and design execution through post-launch optimization.
• Recruit, coach, develop, and lead a multidisciplinary team of product and brand designers.
• Oversee design support for Growth, Operations, Markets, and other key business areas.
• Lead high-impact product and UX/UI design work while setting high standards for design execution.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to solve complex consumer challenges and drive user-centric innovation.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in senior consumer-focused design or product UX/UI roles in a fast-paced service, product, or technology environment.
• Proven record of design execution delivering user, business, and brand impact.
• Experience building, leading, and developing multidisciplinary design teams.
• Working-leader mindset with strong senior-level design craft.
• Strong change management, communication, facilitation, leadership, and influencing skills.
• Systems-thinking approach covering the full customer journey and both strategic and operational details.
