What you will do

• Develop and evolve design practices to improve consumer experience, brand positioning, and business outcomes.
• Recruit, coach, and lead a high-performing multidisciplinary team of product and brand designers.
• Champion the end-to-end user perspective from discovery and design execution to post-launch optimization.
• Drive high-impact UX/UI design work personally, leading by example in the craft.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in strategy, product, analytics, and tech to ensure user-centricity in all decisions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in senior consumer-focused design or product UX/UI roles within fast-paced tech environments.
• Proven track record of leading and elevating multidisciplinary design teams.
• Strong change management capabilities and experience influencing cross-functional workflows.
• Systems-thinking approach to manage the full customer journey across multiple touchpoints.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Stockholm, Sweden.
