Senior Product Designer (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end product design from research and ideation through execution.
• Conduct user interviews and translate insights into actionable product decisions.
• Design polished interaction and visual experiences for clinicians and patients.
• Partner with engineering to align designs with technical constraints.
• Share sketches, prototypes, and early concepts to gather feedback and iterate quickly.
• Collaborate across teams and contribute to product strategy and direction.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing digital products with a strong user-centered focus.
• Strong visual design skills and a compelling UX/UI portfolio.
• Proficiency in Figma and design systems.
• Experience leading user research and usability testing.
• Ability to work cross-functionally, manage diverse feedback, and think strategically while maintaining attention to detail.
• Ability to work primarily from the Stockholm office.

Nice to have

• Experience in early-stage startups.

Hiring process

• Screening interview with Talent Acquisition.
• First interview and portfolio review with a Product Designer, followed by an interview with the CTO and Co-Founder.
• Working Day in the Stockholm office to collaborate with the team and demonstrate the working approach.
