Senior Project Manager

Location: Poland, Croatia, or Ukraine (Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Ternopil, or Kyiv)

What you will do

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, success criteria, and expectations with senior stakeholders.
• Develop project plans, track milestones, and report project status, risks, dependencies, and decisions.
• Monitor budgets and project financials while ensuring efficient use of investment.
• Lead cross-functional teams, resolve conflicts, motivate project resources, and promote accountability.
• Remediate at-risk or underperforming projects and coordinate delivery across distributed teams.
• Conduct lessons learned and produce recommendations for future projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT project management, including complex enterprise project delivery.
• Hands-on experience working with Scrum teams and a sound understanding of software development life cycles.
• Experience managing project plans, risks, dependencies, changing priorities, fixed-price projects, and project financials.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience communicating with enterprise clients at different levels.
• Ability to coordinate distributed teams and communicate delivery status and decisions clearly.
• Advanced English is required for regular communication with a UK-based client.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a SAFe environment or coordinating delivery across multiple projects within a programme.
• Familiarity with PMBOK and Earned Value Management.
