Middle Project Manager (HR Technology)

Location: Ukraine; fully remote

What you will do

• Lead software development projects from initiation through delivery, managing scope, timelines, budget, quality, and delivery goals.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and establish clear sprint objectives, priorities, dependencies, and expectations.
• Monitor project and sprint progress while managing risks, blockers, impediments, and critical issues.
• Track delivery metrics and improve team processes, delivery flow, and project outcomes.
• Support forecasting, capacity planning, resource planning, and release planning.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, QA, clients, and stakeholders while maintaining transparent reporting and supporting account growth.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master delivering medium- to large-scale IT projects.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, as well as the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Experience with project planning, tracking, reporting, performance measurement, financial management, and P&L fundamentals.
• Ability to identify, assess, mitigate, escalate, and resolve project risks and critical issues.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, organizational planning, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher English proficiency, written and spoken.

Nice to have

• Experience in HR technology, background screening, compliance, healthcare, or other regulated industries.
• Experience with international clients and distributed teams.
• Knowledge of forecasting, capacity planning, release planning, and delivery metrics.
• Business development, commercial discussions, or client account growth experience.
• Relevant university degree or Scrum Master, Agile, PMP, or similar certification.
