Location: Bucharest, Romania; hybrid/remote model available

What you will do
- Lead AI, automation, innovation, POC, MVP, pilot, and digital transformation initiatives from concept through deployment and adoption.
- Develop, test, and refine prompts and AI use cases for operational and commercial needs.
- Translate business challenges into workflows, experiments, prototypes, and scalable solutions.
- Manage project plans, business cases, budgets, timelines, risks, success measures, and adoption plans.
- Coordinate IT, Operations, Sales, business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners across a global matrix organisation.
- Support the Business Assurance AI roadmap and promote responsible AI adoption with attention to data quality, security, governance, and measurable value.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience in project management, digital transformation, innovation management, digital product delivery, or a related field.
- Proven experience delivering technology-enabled or business transformation projects from concept through implementation.
- Practical experience with generative AI tools and prompt engineering, including developing, testing, and refining prompts for business applications.
- Experience managing AI, automation, analytics, or digital product initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, and agile delivery skills.
- Fluent English and the local language required.
Nice to have
- Experience in the Testing, Inspection and Certification or Business Assurance industry.
- Experience with AI initiatives supporting Sales or Salesforce-related use cases.
- Spanish language skills.
