Senior Project Manager (AI): Leading complex, multi-stream technical and infrastructure projects across a globally distributed data center environment with an accent on delivery governance, stakeholder management, and AI-driven project operations. Location: Ukraine; remote/office work with overlap from 9–11 am PST and international business travel based on project and customer needs.

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-stream technical and infrastructure projects.
- Manage parallel workstreams, timelines, scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and resource constraints.
- Lead and develop project coordinators and technical leads while maintaining delivery accountability.
- Manage client and internal stakeholder relationships, project governance, reporting, and executive visibility.
- Use AI-driven tools to improve reporting, forecasting, decision-making, and team productivity.
- Support pre-sales through project scoping, effort estimation, discovery, and client-facing presentations.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering complex technical or infrastructure projects in enterprise environments.
- Experience managing multiple parallel workstreams and larger distributed teams.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across working-level teams and senior client leadership.
- Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies and tools such as Jira.
- AI-oriented mindset with experience exploring or applying AI tools to improve delivery efficiency and reporting.
- Fluent English communication and availability for overlap with 9–11 am PST are required.

- Technical background.
- Pre-sales experience in client discovery, proposal preparation, or solution scoping.
- Willingness to undertake international business travel.
