Workday Analyst- Security Administration & Job Architecture (Workday): Administering Workday security and developing job architecture that supports HR, payroll, reporting, and talent processes with an accent on least-privilege access, governance, and data quality. Focus on configuring security policies, rationalizing job profiles and levels, executing EIB loads, and maintaining audit-ready controls across a complex HR system.
Location: Miami, FL, at Corporate Headquarters, or remote within the U.S.

What you will do
- Administer Workday domain and business process security policies, security groups, segmented security, and role assignments.
- Design, configure, test, approve, and promote security changes while managing impact analysis and regression testing.
- Own the design and governance of job families, job profiles, classifications, management levels, and job levels.
- Partner with HR, Compensation, and business leaders to rationalize job profiles and maintain consistent leveling standards.
- Build advanced custom reports, calculated fields, dashboards, and audit reports; execute EIB and mass-change loads with validation and reconciliation.
- Support access reviews, segregation-of-duties analysis, Workday releases, reorganizations, acquisitions, and HR system users.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Six or more years of HRIS experience, including at least four years of hands-on Workday configuration.
- Experience owning Workday security configuration, including security policies, security group design, and role administration.
- Direct experience designing or restructuring Workday job architecture, including job families, profiles, and levels.
- Proficiency with Workday foundation data, advanced custom reports, calculated fields, and EIB data loads.
- Experience with audit and compliance activities, access reviews, segregation-of-duties analysis, testing, documentation, and change control.
Nice to have
- Workday Pro certification in HCM Core, Security, or Reporting.
- Experience in a large multi-brand or multi-entity enterprise with 5,000 or more employees.
- Exposure to SOX controls, Workday Prism, Extend, Studio, or ServiceNow HR Service Delivery.
- Homebuilding, construction, real estate, or financial services experience.
