Financial Relationship Banker - Federal & Evans

Location: Denver, Colorado, United States. Workplace type: Office. Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States; immigration sponsorship is not available.

Compensation: $25.00–$28.00 per hour, plus eligibility for applicable incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Retain and grow consumer and business customer relationships by identifying financial goals and recommending suitable deposit, loan, and banking products.
• Provide customer service, resolve issues, and follow up with new and existing customers.
• Generate relationship-growth opportunities through appointments, referrals, customer networks, colleagues, and partners.
• Educate customers about online, mobile, and ATM banking technology.
• Refer customers to other bank teams and maintain strong internal partnerships.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of customer service and sales experience in banking, financial services, goal-driven retail sales, business-to-business sales, or a comparable military administration role.
• Ability to build, deepen, and retain customer relationships.
• Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and customer-service skills.
• Knowledge of banking products, including consumer and business deposits, lending, investments, and business banking.
• Fingerprinting and additional background checks are required under NMLS regulations.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Vietnamese bilingual ability.
• At least one year of relevant banking, financial services, retail sales, or business-to-business sales experience in addition to the basic qualification.
• Comfort with mobile and online banking technology.
