What you will do

• Manage branch sales, customer service, operations, financial performance, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead and coach colleagues to achieve budgeted production goals and deliver effective customer service.
• Manage high-value consumer and business customer portfolios and make referrals to appropriate bank partners.
• Acquire new consumer and business customers, deepen existing relationships, and maintain a consistent business development and calling program.
• Build internal, business, and community relationships in the market area.
• Oversee branch staffing, recruitment, hiring, resources, security, and risk management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED and at least one year of goal-driven retail sales leadership experience, or a bachelor's degree.
• Additional background checks and fingerprinting are required under NMLS regulations.
• Knowledge of banking, investments, consumer lending, business banking, sales leadership, customer service, process management, and colleague development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, coaching, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort using mobile services, online banking, and other banking technology.
• Current full-time authorization to work in the United States is required; immigration sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree and previous management experience.
• Knowledge of consumer and business deposit products.
• Ability to influence, inspire, and motivate colleagues to improve retention.
