Director, AI Product / Program Delivery (AI)

Location: New York City, United States; onsite 2.5 days per week. Relocation assistance may be available based on business needs and eligibility.

Annual base salary: $162,900–$271,500, plus a 20% bonus target and eligibility for a share-based long-term incentive program.

What you will do

• Set the vision and strategic direction for AI transformation initiatives, anchoring priorities to measurable commercial outcomes.
• Build and maintain business cases, size opportunities, define investment decisions, and determine when to stop or adjust initiatives.
• Lead an AI-first operating model and decide how people and AI agents should work together.
• Own program plans, milestones, delivery cadence, dependencies, risks, and critical-path management.
• Coordinate technical, business, vendor, contractor, and internal teams against scope, schedule, and budget.
• Provide clear status reporting on decisions, risks, and progress to senior leaders, sponsors, and governance forums.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years of experience, Master’s degree with more than 7 years, or Ph.D. with 5 or more years.
• Experience managing complex product, program, delivery, or technical cross-functional initiatives and working with executive stakeholders.
• Working fluency in AI and technical delivery, including the ability to engage credibly with engineers.
• Experience in Medical Affairs, medical-commercial firewall requirements, MSL and Field Medical workflows, and non-promotional engagement.
• Experience using large-scale patient claims and real-world data for patient identification, population health analytics, and insight generation.
• Must have permanent U.S. work authorization and be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience in commercial pharma, regulated environments, promotional review, or compliance workflows.
• Experience with agile delivery and modern program-management tools.
• Exposure to AI- or data-driven products and delivery.
• PMP, agile, or equivalent certification.
