Branch Manager - Excelsior, MN

Location: Excelsior, MN, United States; office-based

Salary: $75,000–$100,000 per year, plus eligibility for incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Manage all facets of branch sales, customer service, operations, and financial performance.
• Lead and coach colleagues toward budgeted production, service, retention, and development goals.
• Manage high-value consumer and business customer portfolios and deepen relationships through referrals and proactive outreach.
• Develop consumer and business opportunities through calling programs, community involvement, and internal partnerships.
• Oversee recruitment and hiring while ensuring the branch is appropriately staffed.
• Maintain compliance with operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus at least one year of goal-driven retail sales leadership experience, or a bachelor's degree.
• Knowledge of banking, investments, consumer lending, business banking, business lending, sales leadership, customer service, process management, and coaching.
• Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, colleague development, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort using mobile services, online banking tools, and other technology.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.
• Fingerprinting and additional background checks are required under NMLS regulations.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree and previous management experience.
• Knowledge of consumer and business deposit products.
• Ability to influence, inspire, and motivate colleagues to increase retention.
