Senior Workday Core HCM Developer / Consultant (Workday)

What you will do

• Configure and support Workday Core HCM modules and business processes.
• Analyze HR business requirements and implement scalable Workday solutions.
• Develop and maintain Workday reports, calculated fields, dashboards, and data validation processes.
• Configure Workday security, role assignments, and access controls.
• Troubleshoot production issues and support end users while maintaining system stability.
• Coordinate Workday releases, testing, deployments, data loads, and integration activities with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent teams.

Requirements

• 6+ years of HRIS experience, including 3+ years working with Workday Core HCM.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Core HCM and business process configuration.
• Strong knowledge of Workday security, calculated fields, custom and advanced reporting, and EIB.
• Experience with Workday integrations, data interfaces, production environments, and end-user support.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Compensation, Benefits, Talent, Absence, or Payroll modules.
• Knowledge of Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and APIs.
• Experience in Financial Services or highly regulated environments.
• Workday certification.
