Senior Facility Project Manager (Construction)

Location: Omaha - FN Tower; hybrid schedule with three days of in-person collaboration and two remote days per week

Salary: $81,662–$134,741 base pay annually

What you will do

• Manage multiple design, construction, renovation, and facility move projects from planning and design through completion.
• Control project scope, budgets, schedules, contracts, change orders, documentation, and resources.
• Coordinate architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, suppliers, business units, and other stakeholders.
• Resolve punch-list items and secure lien waivers and certificates of occupancy before final payment.
• Identify issues, facilitate decisions, communicate project updates, and maintain delivery momentum.
• Participate in strategic forecasting, quarterly reviews, project planning, and special projects; travel up to 15–20% as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, design and architecture, or construction management, or equivalent experience.
• 7–10 years of experience in planning, design, and construction, with extensive project management and planning experience.
• Demonstrated success managing construction projects valued at $5 million or more.
• Strong knowledge of facility design and construction processes, construction budgets, project delivery models, and project planning tools.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings, lead project meetings, manage external service providers, and develop scope and budget estimates.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required; future sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Construction management experience.
• Experience with relational databases, statistical programs, and process reengineering tools.
