Scientific Content Manager (Medical Education)

Salary: $80,000–$90,000 per year; discretionary company bonus eligible.

What you will do

• Develop and manage accredited Infectious Diseases/Immunology CME/CE activities across digital and live formats.
• Collaborate with faculty contributors, medical directors, and educational partners to produce clinically current content.
• Edit and refine medical materials for clarity, scientific accuracy, instructional value, and learner needs.
• Create PowerPoint slides, figures, written summaries, and other supporting materials for clinicians.
• Monitor treatment guidelines, clinical trial data, and emerging therapeutic trends and translate them into educational programming.
• Review content for scientific precision and compliance with CME/CE accreditation requirements, while supporting occasional live events.

Requirements

• Recent graduate or early-career professional with a PharmD, RN, NP, PA, PhD, or bachelor's degree in life sciences, public health, or clinical research.
• Working knowledge of Infectious Diseases/Immunology, including immunotherapy, targeted agents, CAR T-cell therapy, biomarkers, or blood cancer treatment algorithms.
• Strong medical editing, writing, content-structuring, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with CME/CE content standards, especially ACCME regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Familiarity with AMA style and adult learning principles.
