Senior Medical Writer / Content Lead (Medical Communications)

What you will do

• Create and oversee scientific materials for symposia, Advisory Boards, KOL slide decks, video scripts, and interactive digital formats.
• Lead scientific content for client accounts, participate in client meetings, and contribute to tactical account planning.
• Manage relationships and discussions with healthcare experts and global KOLs.
• Develop engaging and modern medical education communications using creative and promotional thinking.
• Mentor junior medical writers, review workstreams, and support their professional development.
• Identify scientific growth opportunities and contribute expert input to business proposals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or PhD in a biological, medical, or life sciences discipline.
• At least five years of experience in a medical communications agency, particularly in medical education.
• Experience in dermatology is advantageous, or demonstrated ability to quickly master new therapeutic areas.
• Confidence leading client conversations, engaging KOLs, and communicating scientific narratives.
• Fluent business English and strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Interest in digital technologies, visual formats, and innovative engagement tools.

• Prior dermatology expertise.
• Experience with modern agency technology tools and innovative digital deliverables.
