Senior Engineer, Facility Maintenance

What you will do

• Perform preventive maintenance and on-demand repairs for building systems, equipment, lighting, and grounds.
• Apply or develop trade skills across HVAC, BMCS, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general facility maintenance.
• Respond to emergency calls, participate in an after-hours on-call rotation, and minimize disruption to building occupants and services.
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors, inspect external work, and support snow removal with the engineering team.
• Create and maintain accurate maintenance work orders, records, inventories, supplies, and tools.
• Follow building codes, safety requirements, bank policies, and applicable compliance procedures while identifying process improvements.

Requirements

• At least six months of facility maintenance experience.
• Previous experience with HVAC, BMCS, electricity, plumbing, carpentry, and painting.
• Customer service experience in building or property maintenance, problem-solving skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Working knowledge of Energy Management Control Systems and Archibus software; ability to read blueprints.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry at least 50 pounds and work on ladders, in confined areas, at heights, and in extreme or hazardous conditions.
• Unrestricted work authorization in the United States is required; future sponsorship is not available.
