Service Technician (HVAC)

Salary: $43.29–$58.59 per hour

What you will do

• Commission, troubleshoot, repair, and start up commercial HVAC systems.
• Coordinate with team leaders, project managers, and customers on installations and repairs.
• Serve as the direct customer contact and diagnose equipment and system issues at customer locations.
• Use software, handheld technology, hand tools, blueprints, and engineering specifications to complete repairs.
• Work overtime, weekends, and occasional overnight stays as business needs require.
• Enforce safety standards and maintain records of company-issued equipment and materials.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically 5 or more years of HVAC experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and handheld computers such as smartphones or iPads.
• Valid driver’s license held for at least 12 months with an acceptable driving record.
• EPA Certification.

Nice to have

• Technical school education or formal HVAC training.
