Associate II, Portfolio Manager

Salary: $69,616–$114,867 base pay per year

What you will do

• Manage assigned equity and fixed income investment accounts within established guidelines and risk parameters.
• Execute trades, manage cash, rebalance portfolios, and assume responsibility for additional accounts.
• Manage client relationships, communicate investment updates, and prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports.
• Conduct research for the Tower Select strategy and analyze investment opportunities and market trends.
• Prepare data, analysis, and presentation materials for the CCB Investment Committee.
• Support portfolio operations through systems troubleshooting, data management, reporting, and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in investment management, portfolio operations, or related financial services.
• Experience executing equity and/or fixed income trades and working with portfolio management or trading systems.
• Knowledge of securities valuation, portfolio management, asset allocation, diversification, risk management, and performance attribution.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for financial modeling, data analysis, and report automation.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required; future sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• CFA Level I candidacy or progress toward the CFA designation.
• Experience with Axys, Moxy, Genesis, Black Diamond, or similar portfolio management platforms.
