Investment Professional - Corporate Research Analyst

Location: Hybrid role based in Columbus, Ohio, at One hirify.global Plaza; must reside within 35 miles of the office. Work schedule is 3 days in office and 2 days remote.

Salary: $119,000–$199,000 annually.

What you will do

• Conduct credit research and analysis to support investment decisions within the investment-grade bond market.
• Cover complex investments, identify risk and return drivers, model forward-looking scenarios, and analyze relative value.
• Develop investment recommendations and contribute to investment strategies for assigned sectors.
• Evaluate economic, regulatory, legislative, and competitive factors affecting investment fundamentals, valuations, and portfolio positioning.
• Communicate investment analysis and theses through reports, presentations, discussions, and market meetings.
• Build relationships with internal and external partners and collaborate with other hirify.global Investment groups; may lead a small team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or CFA preferred.
• 6–10 years of related investment experience.
• Advanced understanding of credit research tools and processes.
• Proficiency in Excel; Bloomberg experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, verbal communication, judgment, and project leadership skills.
• Must reside within 35 miles of Columbus, Ohio, and work onsite three days per week. The role does not qualify for employer-sponsored work authorization, and hirify.global does not participate in the STEM OPT extension program.
