Relationship Manager I - Business Banking

What you will do

• Manage new and existing business client relationships to grow sales, revenue, and market share.
• Acquire, expand, and retain client relationships while originating and documenting credit and non-credit products.
• Perform financial analysis and evaluate, manage, and mitigate credit, regulatory, operational, and reputational risks.
• Identify client opportunities and provide tailored ideas and insights to increase engagement and loyalty.
• Build internal, external, community, and industry networks to acquire clients and present the full range of banking products and services.
• Use reporting and sales tools to identify and convert sales opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience.
• Knowledge of credit fundamentals, credit processes, and credit products.
• Experience with client relationship management, prospecting, selling, customer engagement, and financial analysis.
• Strong business acumen, communication, decision-making, critical-thinking, and customer experience management skills.
