Network Business Partner (Business Analytics)

What you will do

• Analyse business performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the NSW network.
• Develop reports and dashboards to support strategic decision-making.
• Track operational, sales, safety, productivity, and financial performance metrics.
• Support business modelling, CAPEX analysis, investment decisions, and improvement projects.
• Facilitate workshops, document outcomes and actions, and report on key initiatives.
• Partner with leaders to improve visibility, accountability, safety reporting, and performance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, operations reporting, commercial analysis, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with business reporting and performance data.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Confidence presenting insights to leaders and supporting decision-making.
• Experience working across multiple systems and data sources, with strong attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset.
