Location: Office-centric work with the team based in Oval, London, United Kingdom.

Salary: £34,000–£42,000 starting annual salary.

What you will do

• Manage a personal portfolio of in-house home insurance claims from first notification of loss through settlement across all claim types.
• Review claim referrals from third-party administrator partners and monitor their performance.
• Own internal and external claims processes and improve service-level agreements.
• Streamline in-house claims operations to improve efficiency and customer outcomes.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects with Product, Underwriting, and Engineering teams to shape the claims experience for new markets.

Requirements

• Some commercial experience working with Personal Lines claims.
• Interest in technical claims expertise and supporting customers through the claims process.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Motivation to help scale the claims function and bring more of the claims value chain in-house.
• Excitement about working in a fast-paced startup environment and willingness to learn.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work as part of a team to solve complex problems.
