Annual salary: $77,700–$83,000

What you will do

• Coordinate and lead cross-functional R&D support services initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project plans and timelines, tracking progress and deliverables.
• Facilitate project meetings, document outcomes, and drive follow-up actions.
• Identify project risks and dependencies and escalate complex issues when needed.
• Support cross-functional team performance and project completion.
• Improve project management templates, workflows, and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years of project management experience or related experience.
• Strong facilitation, verbal and written communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
• Ability to learn and use project management software.
• Leadership qualities and the ability to build productive working relationships.
