Lead Product Engineer, Integrations

Location: Remote in Canada; occasional travel to client locations.

hirify.global builds quote-to-cash software for IT service providers, supporting configured solutions, multi-year contracts, network circuits, CRM connectivity, and finance-system workflows.

What you will do

• Own the public API, developer experience, technical roadmap, versioning, deprecation strategy, and API design standards.
• Build and maintain integrations with Salesforce, Dynamics, HubSpot, NetSuite, and customer business systems.
• Design authentication, credential management, field mappings, forecasting rules, reference-data synchronization, and connection-health workflows.
• Normalize live availability and pricing data from eleven carriers and manage supplier catalogues, distributor quotes, and rate cards.
• Build configurable, agent-drivable workflows with typed operations, server-side validation, simulation, and shared write paths.
• Work with Product, shape ambiguous commercial problems, document decisions, and coach other engineers.

Requirements

• C# and ASP.NET Core Web API on modern .NET.
• OpenAPI 3.0 with a code-first workflow and REST design involving versioning and deprecation.
• OAuth 2.0, OIDC, token handling, and secret storage.
• Production experience integrating at least one major CRM or ERP API: Salesforce, Dynamics, HubSpot, or NetSuite.
• Document databases, preferably RavenDB, plus React and TypeScript for configuration interfaces.
• Regular use of AI tooling and the ability to work independently on ambiguous, system-level problems.

Nice to have

• Quote-to-cash, CPQ, or billing experience.
• Telecoms or carrier-connectivity experience.
• Experience designing agent or tool interfaces and running a public API as a product.
• Experience with VS Code, Claude Code, Git, Jira, Confluence, Storybook, or PowerShell.
