Senior Fullstack Engineer (C#/.NET/Azure)

What you will do

• Contribute to architecture and long-term platform strategy, with emphasis on scalability, performance, security, compliance, modernization, and cloud migration.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy cloud-based applications using C#, .NET, SQL, Azure, and Angular.
• Establish coding standards, design patterns, Agile practices, CI/CD, DevOps, microservices, containerization, messaging, caching, and observability practices.
• Write, review, and maintain code while implementing unit, integration, automated, and test-driven testing.
• Mentor engineers, lead code and architecture reviews, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and guide root-cause analysis to improve system reliability.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software development experience, including at least 3+ years in a senior or lead role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Enterprise-scale development experience with C#, .NET Core or Framework, SQL Server, and Azure.
• Experience with Angular, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven systems.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Git, Docker, Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or ARM, and XUnit, NUnit, or Moq.
• Must reside in one of the listed U.S. states; this is a W-2-only position.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of healthcare standards including HIPAA, HITRUST, or SOC2.
• Experience designing or integrating AI agentic systems, LLMs, vector databases, machine learning frameworks, MCPs, or AI/ML APIs.
• Experience applying ethical AI, data governance, and secure handling of sensitive information.
