What you will do

• Build and own scalable SaaS applications across the full stack.
• Design future-ready system architectures and resolve reliability issues.
• Champion a shift-left quality culture by embedding comprehensive testing.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate development while maintaining code correctness.
• Partner with Product and Design teams to translate requirements into intuitive UI.
• Mentor engineers and drive team-wide best practices.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• 5+ years of experience building reliable, performant applications and microservices.
• Proven full-stack fluency across frontend, backend, and database layers.
• Technical depth in distributed systems, multi-tenant SaaS, or similar domains.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with Ruby on Rails.
• Experience with TypeScript, Node.js, or React.
