What you will do

• Handle inbound member calls and provide technical assistance for recreational vehicle usage issues.
• Investigate mechanical claims from start to finish and verify eligibility.
• Manage a high volume of calls while delivering clear communication and exceptional customer service.
• Maintain positive customer relationships and support organizational objectives.
• Work independently and collaboratively while applying critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of claims handling experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and standard web applications.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Availability to work full time in Bloomington, Minnesota, USA.

Nice to have

• 3–5 years of claims handling experience.
• Bilingual communication skills.
