Claims Specialist (Auto Insurance)

Location: Richardson, TX; comprehensive in-office training followed by 80% on-site and 20% off-site work. Office: 2280 N. Greenville Ave., Richardson, TX 75082.

Salary: $28.29–$34.74 per hour ($57,004–$70,001 annually), with evening and weekend differentials. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is available for licensed candidates.

What you will do

• Process auto insurance claims accurately and efficiently in line with company policies and procedures.
• Handle incoming calls, collect accident facts and statements, and provide guidance to policyholders.
• Investigate claim details, determine coverage, and assess potential fraud.
• Support customers through the claims lifecycle and help them return to the road.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction through clear, empathetic interactions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant customer service and/or transaction processing experience.
• High school diploma or GED required; a college degree is preferred.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, problem-solving, empathy, and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt, prioritize, multitask across platforms, and maintain attention to detail.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs and measurable goals is preferred.
