Commercial Insurance Sales Executive (Automotive)

Location: Remote, based in Minnesota

Salary: $100,000–$150,000 estimated total first-year annual compensation, including base salary and commissions

What you will do

• Build and manage a portfolio of commercial insurance clients.
• Develop and execute sales plans with mentorship from the Regional Vice President.
• Generate new business through outside and business-to-business sales.
• Serve automotive dealerships, repair businesses, and automotive service companies.
• Develop client relationships and support personalized insurance solutions.

Requirements

• Three to five years of successful outside sales experience.
• Demonstrated success in business-to-business sales, marketing, or territory management.
• Strong communication skills and thoughtful negotiation abilities.
• Drive, persistence, and tenacity to win new business.
• Must be based in Minnesota.
