What you will do

• Develop and execute a multi-year retail IT strategy aligned with business priorities, growth objectives, and enterprise technology direction.
• Oversee enterprise architecture standards, frameworks, policies, interoperability, scalability, security, and modernization.
• Lead innovation and incubation across AI, automation, data platforms, integration ecosystems, and digital experiences.
• Own the long-term technology estate total cost of ownership and support technology governance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop technologists, architects, and engineers, including teams of 20 or more architects.
• Translate complex technology concepts for executives and engineers while partnering with business leaders on transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in technology strategy, enterprise architecture, innovation, or related fields.
• Experience delivering technology strategy at scale across organizations of 10,000+ people.
• Experience implementing AI-driven product engineering practices at scale, such as specification-driven development.
• Experience leading teams of 20+ architects and managing $100M+ in third-party technology spend.
• Preferred experience includes financial services or insurance, fintech, startups, private equity, and consulting.
