Sr. Director, AI Business Architecture & Enterprise Adoption (AI)

Location: United States; hybrid working environment with some level of in-office and/or in-person expectations.

Salary: 227,800–338,800 USD annual on-target earnings, including base salary and potential commission.

What you will do

• Lead the enterprise applications portfolio supporting Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Legal, and related business capabilities.
• Define multi-year application strategy, future-state architecture, platform modernization, application rationalization, and business capability roadmaps.
• Establish product operating models, governance, decision rights, investment frameworks, and performance measures.
• Lead global teams responsible for relationship management, requirements, architecture, development, integration, implementation, support, and continuous improvement.
• Drive AI-enabled tools, intelligent automation, predictive insights, workflow optimization, and responsible AI pilots.
• Manage strategic vendors and implementation partners while developing high-performing technology leadership teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience in technology, enterprise applications, ERP, or business systems, including 5+ years of people management.
• Experience leading enterprise applications across multiple business functions in a global or matrixed environment.
• 5+ years of experience with Oracle ERP implementations, lifecycle management, integrations, enhancements, and support.
• Strong understanding of enterprise application strategy, SaaS/cloud platforms, integration architecture, data flows, application lifecycle management, and operational support.
• Experience launching or scaling AI-enabled tools, automation programs, analytics capabilities, or intelligent workflow solutions.
• Experience with SOX, GDPR, audit controls, data governance, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance.
