Consumer Loan Consultant Sr

What you will do

• Manage a pipeline of consumer loan applications through the origination process.
• Coordinate with customers, branch bankers, underwriters, and third-party service providers.
• Communicate loan terms, requirements, conditions, and application status by phone and email.
• Collect outstanding documents needed to satisfy underwriting requirements and prepare loans for closing.
• Research and resolve issues related to loan applications.
• Sell, cross-sell, and upsell lending products and additional banking services.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in consumer lending, mortgage sales, or loan processing.
• Excellent customer service, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, planning, and follow-up abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Full-time authorization to work in the United States without immigration sponsorship.
