Focus on negotiating contracts, managing supplier risk and performance, analyzing cost structures, and standardizing sourcing across regions while accommodating local regulatory requirements.
Location: Wrocław, Powstańców Śląskich, Poland; office based. Full-time role with up to 20% domestic and international travel.

What you will do
- Lead global sourcing initiatives and RFPs for external Trade Compliance service providers.
- Manage supplier onboarding, contracting, renewals, performance, governance, and risk management.
- Partner with Trade Compliance and Legal to align supplier capabilities with regulatory requirements.
- Negotiate commercial terms and contracts under corporate sourcing and compliance policies.
- Analyze market trends, supplier performance, and cost structures to identify optimization opportunities.
- Coordinate regional teams to standardize sourcing approaches while accommodating local regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, completed and verified before starting.
- At least five years of experience in sourcing, supply chain, logistics, or procurement.
- Experience with Trade Compliance-related services or regulated suppliers.
- Working knowledge of export controls, sanctions, customs, or trade data.
- Fluency in English is required.

- Experience sourcing or managing professional services or compliance-related vendors.
- Strong contract negotiation and supplier management skills.
- Experience supporting global or regional sourcing strategies.
- Strong analytical, program management, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Spanish language skills.
