Senior Procurement Specialist (IT Procurement)

Location: In-office in a hybrid or full-time capacity in Warsaw, Poland

Estimated pay range: 14,000–19,300 PLN gross monthly. Type of contract: Employment Contract.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end procurement across indirect spend categories, initially focusing on IT procurement.
• Manage sourcing for software, hardware, SaaS, IT services, cloud solutions, and technology-related services.
• Run RFI, RFQ, and RFP initiatives and recommend suitable sourcing strategies.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with suppliers.
• Build strategic supplier relationships and drive supplier performance and continuous improvement.
• Manage contract renewals, supplier consolidation, commercial risk, and procurement workstreams in cross-functional projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of procurement experience, including indirect procurement and significant hands-on IT procurement experience.
• Strong commercial, negotiation, contract management, and commercial risk assessment skills.
• Experience managing multiple indirect spend categories across IT and non-IT purchasing.
• Strong project management, organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proactive, hands-on, solution-oriented approach with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Native-level Polish and fluent English, written and spoken.
