Sourcing Specialist with Polish, English and Czech

Location: Primarily Wrocław, Poland; Siewierz or Warsaw, Poland; or Prague, Czech Republic. Full-time, 40 hours per week, with occasional travel to supplier and hirify.global sites. Scope covers Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, and Hungary.

What you will do

• Develop and implement MRO sourcing strategies aligned with business and operational requirements.
• Lead RFQs, RFPs, supplier evaluations, market analysis, and competitive bidding processes.
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and improve supplier performance.
• Partner with Operations and Maintenance teams as a procurement advisor and point of contact.
• Analyse market trends, benchmarks, supplier risks, and commercial opportunities to improve value and reduce supply risk.
• Manage commercial agreement matters, resolve supplier or contractual issues, and ensure compliance with procurement policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience leading sourcing strategies in an industrial, manufacturing, engineering, utilities, chemical, energy, public sector, or similar environment.
• Strong sourcing, negotiation, supplier management, commercial, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Experience with competitive bidding and market analysis; ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Fluent English and Polish are required.
• Valid driving licence.

Nice to have

• Czech language skills.
• SAP ERP experience and experience with operations, maintenance, industrial services, engineering projects, MRO categories, or technical procurement.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives or organisational improvement projects.
