UX Designer (Adtech)

Location: Old Town, Alexandria, Virginia, United States; in-person four days per week with Fridays remote

What you will do

• Design end-to-end product experiences, including user flows, wireframes, interaction models, and high-fidelity screens.
• Build and own the Figma design system with components, variants, tokens, patterns, and documentation.
• Deliver build-ready designs with annotations, responsive behavior, empty and error states, and edge cases.
• Design native-feeling experiences for both mobile and web across creator, campaign management, advertiser, analytics, and internal operations tools.
• Partner with product on discovery, requirements, information architecture, and interface copy.
• Conduct user interviews, creator feedback sessions, usability tests, design QA, and engineering collaboration to ensure feasible, accurate implementations.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of product or UX design experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating shipped product work across mobile and web.
• Deep proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, auto-layout, and prototypes.
• Experience building or significantly contributing to a design system.
• Strong visual and interaction design skills, with an understanding of responsive behavior, technical constraints, and tradeoffs.
• Clear written communication, comfort with ambiguity, self-direction, and effective collaboration with engineers and product specialists.
