IT Integrator (PSS)

Location: Bucharest - Dacia One, Romania; flexible work from home or the office

What you will do

• Coordinate large-scale, cross-domain IT initiatives for Payment & Settlement Services.
• Define feature and epic interdependencies, estimates, and comprehensive IT implementation plans.
• Coordinate implementation execution, end-to-end testing, and activation of new IT solutions.
• Collaborate with architects, product and tribe leads, operations, data stakeholders, legal, risk, compliance, squads, and external partners.
• Define project governance, clarify business and IT responsibilities, and remove delivery obstacles.
• Maintain implementation plans, governance documents, status reports, deployment runbooks, master test plans, and project closure reports.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in banking, payment services, or IT project management focused on coordination and integration.
• Strong understanding of platform technologies, cloud services, and integration patterns.
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software delivery practices.
• Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or SAFe and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Analytical skills and the ability to coordinate work across multiple teams and organizational boundaries.

Nice to have

• 10+ years of experience in feature engineering, integration, project management, or customer journeys within banking or payments.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum Master, or ITIL certification.
• High-level technical expertise and experience with market-leading banking software.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in an IT-related field.
