Delivery Lead, Financial Markets Platform

Location: Cluj-Napoca, Romania; office work required three days per week

What you will do

• Facilitate sprint planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Own the squad backlog, including grooming, dependency mapping, and sprint capacity planning.
• Coordinate cross-squad dependencies and release readiness with Release Managers and Program Managers.
• Produce sprint reports, risk and dependency logs, and release readiness dashboards.
• Identify blockers, drive impediment resolution, and escalate risks early.
• Perform Release Manager responsibilities, including pre-release validation, deployment coordination, and go/no-go sign-off.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience delivering software projects and 3+ years as a Scrum Master or Delivery Lead in multi-team environments.
• Experience with enterprise delivery, program-level governance, and Agile or hybrid/waterfall reporting.
• Release management experience covering deployment planning, rollback criteria, and go/no-go governance.
• Strong stakeholder, risk, dependency, and impediment management skills.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Proficient English for technical communication at B2+ level.

Nice to have

• Scaled Agile or SAFe certification or practical experience.
• Financial services or capital markets program experience.
• Experience with multi-region release coordination.
